We currently deliver within Singapore. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our premises to ensure your products arrive in good condition.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within [1–2 working days] after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During festive or promotional periods, additional processing time may be required.

Local Delivery

  • Standard delivery fee: S$3.90
  • Free delivery for orders of S$60 and above
  • Estimated delivery time: [2–4 working days] after dispatch
  • Delivery is available to most addresses in Singapore.
  • Express delivery: From S$10.00

Final delivery charges are subject to the total weight, dimensions, quantity and delivery location of your order. The applicable delivery fee will be shown at checkout or confirmed before delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Restrictions

Delivery may not be available to certain restricted or offshore locations, including:

  • Jurong Island
  • Sentosa
  • Army camps and restricted areas
  • Airport transit areas
  • Tuas or other remote locations
  • P.O. boxes

Delivery Arrangements

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, unit number and contact number during checkout.

Our courier may contact you before or upon arrival. If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel at a safe location where permitted. Please include delivery instructions when placing your order if necessary.

Unsuccessful Delivery

Additional delivery charges may apply if:

  • The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • The recipient cannot be contacted.
  • The courier cannot access the premises.
  • A second delivery attempt is required.

Please check your delivery details carefully before confirming your order.

Checking Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any product is missing, incorrect or damaged, contact us within [24/48 hours] of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the parcel and affected product
  • A photograph of the shipping label

Please keep the original product and packaging until we have reviewed your case.
